   Pete Janke, PrincipalPete Janke, Principal. Pete has more than 40 years of experience in the Federal market…most of it in executive and C-level management positions. In several interim executive engagements, he has stabilized failing companies both public and private, rapidly increased business development effectiveness, and restored customer relationships. He has served as COO of Raytheon’s IT business, headed marketing and sales for Litton’s Information Systems Group (purchased by Northrop Grumman), served as EVP and CFO of GTSI, and held several other senior roles. Tim Dills, Managing Director.  Tim Dills has over 30 years of experience in the Federal market, primarily in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.  His early career included performing systems engineering and systems integration duties relating to the space shuttle and satellite systems, as well as large command and control systems.  Tim served as a Vice President at Scitor Corporation building and expanding their imagery business, and then served as President of Scitor and Kinsey Technical Services, Incorporated (KTSi) concurrently.  Tim has extensive experience in company acquisitions and ownership transitions, to include an employee buyout, private equity and public company transactions. Following a distinguished caRon Ross, Senior Engagement Executivereer at the highest levels of the National Security Agency, Ron became a business leader in Federal IT with more than 30 years of significant accomplishments in major corporations. After building CSC’s embryonic intelligence business, he became President and COO of CACI, President of Compaq Federal Operations, and then Vice President of Raytheon’s Information Solutions business. Chuck’s 28-year career in the FBI culminated in his appointment as Assistant Director in charge of the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division and he was instrumental in building that organization. After retiring from the Bureau, Chuck became President & CEO of Stratesec, a publicly-traded security company and has since held senior executive positions at Litton PRC, Northrop Grumman, Identix and L-1 Identity Solutions. He is the Executive Chairman of Covata—an Australian cyber security software public company and led that company through a reverse merger and public offering. Chuck holds a Top Secret Government clearance and has testified frequently before Congress on technical issues related to advancing technology for Criminal Justice. He has also spoken at international forums including the United Nations in Vienna, Interpol in Lyon, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police in New Delhi and Canberra.

Kathleen’s career spans more than twenty years of business development leadership in enterprises serving the intelligence community with special emphasis upon cyber security product companies such as SCO and TCI (acquired by Raytheon). Previously cleared at the SCI level, she holds an MS in Information Management and is an expert in the application of multi-level and cross-platform security software concepts.    Diane picDiane Janke, Software Development Associate. Diane has nearly thirty years of experience in program management, systems analysis, and project planning in medium- and large-scale enterprise information systems. She has led or supported several key projects in Government agencies including the NCTC as well as NIAC, DOC, DEA, IRS, HRSA, and HCFA. As a Certified Scrum Master she is an expert in Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming. She has worked with structured and unstructured databases and has managed projects involving biometric modalities, thresholds and matching of biometric data. Diane’s expertise in organizing software development projects has earned her numerous accolades from government customers.
